Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Compliance Duties: Responsible for assessment of matters, development of strategy, and case management. Counsels business stakeholders on litigation initiation and dispute resolution. Selects and manages outside counsel. Develop and manage litigation processes, such as legal hold management, document/information system management and e-discovery. Identifies and develops litigation learnings. Manages litigation budgets and associated reporting requirements. Provides overall vision, direction, and collaborative leadership to enhance the Company's compliance program and culture. Oversees continued development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws/regulations. Oversees receipt, investigation and resolution of alleged violations of the Code of Conduct, company policies or other compliance requirements. Assures smooth operation of effective and efficient compliance training program. Advises management and the Executive Leadership Team regarding litigation and compliance matters.

Qualifications: J.D. with a strong academic record and an active member in good standing of a State Bar. Should have 10 years of experience in litigation and compliance, with at least 4 years in-house and with significant experience in a large and sophisticated corporate environment. Experience managing broad and complex litigation portfolios. Experience building and developing effective compliance programs and cultures. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters and portfolio. Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders. Global litigation and compliance experience.
