Contracts Attorney The candidate will prepare, negotiate and review a wide variety of contracts including clinical trial agreements commercial agreements, research and development agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, with a focus on a high volume of clinical trial, research, informed consent and related agreements. Provide practical legal advice and contract support related to clinical trial operations, clinical research arrangements, technology transfer, and other corporate matters. Provide guidance and practical solutions for contract-related operational procedures. Support the general legal needs of the company. Should have a JD and admission to PA bar (or eligible for PA in-house counsel license). Should have 3-6 years of relevant experience working directly and managing contracts and 3 years of in-house experience in the life sciences industry or clinical research organization. Experience negotiating with sophisticated counterparties, such as hospitals, teaching institutions and universities. Strong collaboration skills. Must work confidently, proactively and assertively with a high level of independence. Good judgment, and ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment. Experience negotiating with international sites is a plus.
