Compliance Counsel, Associate Director

Compliance Counsel, Associate Director The candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to the firm's Ethics and Compliance (E&C) program, including Antitrust and Competition Law compliance, Conflict Minerals compliance, and Communications. Will be providing advice and counsel on antitrust and competition laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to internal clients. Support and help execute Company policy for Antitrust Compliance. Conducting and/or supporting investigations involving allegations of violations of antitrust law or policy. Assisting in the development of the firm's annual antitrust training plans and conducting antitrust training across the Company. Serve as firm's point of contact for Trade Shows / Trade Associations, including review of participation in Trade Associations and providing related training. Support firm and RTX's Conflict Minerals Compliance Program and disclosure process, including support of firm Supply Chain lead for the program. Support firm's Communications group, as appropriate, including review of materials for external release. Continually enhance and improve firms ethics and Speak Up culture. Maintain a heightened awareness of the RTX Code of Ethics, acting with integrity at all times.

The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Must have 12+ years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience. Should have JD degree with 2+ years of experience in antitrust law, including compliance, litigation, and/or mergers and acquisitions. Must have 2+ years of experience with Antitrust law, including compliance, litigation, and/or mergers and acquisitions. Ethics and/or compliance experience preferred. Requires strong presentation and project management experience.
