Contracts Attorney The candidate will draft, review, revise, and negotiate various agreements including master service agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, confidentiality agreements, construction agreements, SaaS agreements, and reseller agreements, with an emphasis on outbound contracts. Work closely and partner with the Sales teams on transactions that drive the company's revenue. Enforce contracting policies, which may involve obtaining and documenting approvals for non-standard terms and pricing, assisting sales teams with on-going administration of client contracts, and providing training to sales and other departments on contract issues and negotiation strategies. Perform other special assignments, strategic projects or duties as assigned. Advise and interpret contract requirements, obligations and risks. Proactively work with internal stakeholders to improve and scale all aspects of the contracting process, including improving templates and workflow. A JD, LLB&LLM, or equivalent law degree. Experience with technology companies with a focus on companies with a SaaS business model. Experience reviewing and redlining commercial contracts. Should have 2 years of experience reviewing, redlining, and managing commercial contracts. Knowledge of data protection privacy laws is a plus. Experience with contract management software is a plus. Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-growth environment, as well as experience navigating ambiguity. Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills. Able to work independently with limited supervision; excellent project management skills and outstanding communication and follow-up skills to drive process and results to a conclusion. Ability to multitask and prioritize work along with an ability to adapt well to changing and competing priorities, as well as unexpected situations, with grace and professionalism. Excellent judgment and experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, credibility, and character of unquestionable ethical standards.
