Associate Corporate Counsel

Associate Corporate Counsel Duties: Draft and review contracts. Negotiate contract details with internal and external customers. Review RFPs/bids with appropriate department representatives and provide legal analysis. Conduct research and provide memoranda on various legal and business matters, including but not limited to natural gas regulations and tariffs. Assist with various matters, including but not limited to litigation and employment law topics.

Qualifications: A Law degree from an accredited Law school. Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills. Previous experience working in a corporate law department or a law firm (0-2 yrs experience preferred). Solutions driven. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all interactions with management, other internal clients, all levels of employees, and third parties.
