Real Estate Closing Attorney The candidate's responsibilities include investor files for cash buyers or loan files. Should have experience in residential real estate transactions, including examination of title searches and clearance of title issues. Must have an active Tennessee law license to be considered. Other state law licenses (MS, GA, AL) are preferred. Must be knowledgeable regarding settlement statements, deed forms, closing procedures, and standard underwriting practices. Must be willing to interface with clients and handle signing of closing papers.
