Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate reviews and assists in negotiating and drafting contracts other corporate transactions. Effectively acquire, assemble and manage legal documents and files responsive to time-sensitive inquiries/pleadings. Draft complex legal documentation including, summaries of significant regulatory developments, legislative history, and case law research. Should have 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to sift through complicated legal and business issues and communicate only the important aspects in a clear and concise manner at all levels. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school is required. Should have 1+ years of civil law firm and/or corporate counsel experience. Membership in California Bar is required. Knowledge of state laws and regulations relevant to the operation of an insurance company. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Should be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
