Executive Director, Regional Compliance Officer (Americas & EMEA) & Legal Counsel Responsibilities: Designing, implementing, managing, and overseeing the management of an effective corporate compliance program to fully support the evolving, fast-growing, highly regulated, research, development, and commercial aspects of companies in the Americas and EMEA regions. Need to provide real-time advice on issues, opportunities, risks and risk management. Ensure that the corporate compliance program is consistent with the current and future compliance, regulatory, and risk environment that is and will be facing the company, providing overviews to executive leadership and appropriate committees and developing the strategic direction for appropriate risk mitigation within the organization. This includes establishing and maintaining corporate mechanisms for identifying and analyzing emerging and inherent risks facing the company (i.e., risk assessments), governance over compliance policies and training and communication plan, management of Lupin's anonymous reporting mechanism and investigation's protocol and process (e.g., the hotline), and oversight of audit and monitoring plans and activities to manage risk. Governance and primary oversight of Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Conflicts of Interests, Third Party Relationships and Privacy Programs. Advise, collaborate, interact and work with executive management as well as other functional senior leaders across the organization on risk management and maintaining Lupin's ethical and compliance standards/ Ensure systems are in place for establishing compliance and risk management policies, procedures and other written standards, appropriate training plans and content, ensuring there is a system for asking questions on specific content, establishing and executing on monitoring plans, and overseeing the completion of any corrective actions (either identified through monitoring, auditing, investigations or regular policy reviews). Implement systems and programs to ensure that employees maintain high standards of compliance and ethical conduct consistent with Lupin's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, including processes to prevent, detect and correct illegal, unethical and other improper conduct. Responsible for the Talent Management cycle and coaching of its Direct Reports. Exhibit the highest level of reasoned judgment and discretion.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate and active member of at least one state bar association. Should have 10-15 years in a Compliance/Risk management role. Must have 8-10 years of experience in the pharma/biotech/life sciences industry. Experience with global, multinational organizations and leading compliance teams.
