Corporate Counsel The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. A member of the Virginia Bar, or, in lieu of licensure, the ability to obtain a Virginia corporate counsel certificate. Should have 5 years of directly related experience in law firms, the US Government, or commercial business, preferably with cybersecurity, privacy, cloud, information management and other related experience. Experience working directly with clients and partners as counsel for the US Government, in-house within the US defense and intelligence contracting community, or in private practice. Previous experience in cybersecurity, privacy, cloud computing, and outsourcing and other enterprise support issues is preferred.
