Associate Legal Counsel, Employment Law Duties: Researching, monitoring, analyzing, and informing the Legal team of changes in applicable employment regulations, statutes, and guidance, as well as industry developments, best practices and trends. Working with outside counsel to address updates in employment regulations, statutes, and guidance, as well as obtaining advice to address employee relations matters. Providing guidance and working directly with Human Resources to develop and update employment policies and templates. Working cross-functionally with Human Resources to provide guidance on employee relations matters. Supporting inquiries and investigations led by the Company's Chief Compliance Officer. Supporting the Company's M&A work. Supporting the Company's general compliance program.

Qualifications: Qualified to practice law, with a law degree from a reputable law school. Should have 3-5 years of relevant experience. In-house experience is a plus. Experience drafting policies and guidance documentation. Knowledge and understanding of applicable global employment regulations where *** operates, particularly U.S. and UK. Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage a number of projects that have a significant impact to the team and business under tight deadlines. Ability to work in cross-functional teams (both in-person and virtually) with limited supervision. Ability to conduct research and communicate analysis.
