Director and Associate General Counsel, Privacy (ai)

Director and Associate General Counsel, Privacy (AI) Responsibilities: Serve as a company expert on global privacy and AI-related laws and regulations. Counsel product and business teams on compliance with existing law and on preparation for emerging legal regimes. Help respond to regulatory inquiries and investigations related to AI. Provide legal advice and day-to-day support to the internal stakeholders, including AI Organization and other product and business teams.

Qualifications: J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and active membership in at least one US state Bar. 12+ years of legal experience, including law firm and/or in-house experience. Experience with AI technologies and with global privacy and AI-related laws, regulations, principles, and industry guidelines, especially including those relevant for social media, the internet and technology companies. Business judgment and client counseling experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on AI-powered products. Experience demonstrating initiative in driving solutions cross-functionally. Experience managing complex projects. Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional efforts. Experience working proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating in a multi-stakeholder environment, navigating complex issues, and driving high-impact projects. Experience in internet or technology companies.
