Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate will involve significant responsibility for labor relations matters, including negotiating collective bargaining agreements, advising clients through the grievance/arbitration process, and representing clients in unfair labor practice proceedings. Should have a J.D. from an accredited law school, licensed and in good standing before the Massachusetts Bar. Should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department representing large organizations. Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills with a practical, creative approach to problem-solving are needed. Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidence while working with sensitive, confidential information are needed. Should have the ability to maintain a strong and professional presence in client meetings and meetings with opposing counsel and other parties, while representing the organization's interests. Positive, energetic attitude with a demonstrated commitment to operating in a strong team environment and working collaboratively and collegially on cross-functional teams with multiple client relationships across multiple entities and departments in a multi-cultural environment. Should be self-motivated and highly productive with the ability to work independently with strong organizational skills as well as demonstrated project and time management skills.
