Litigation Attorney The candidate will research related laws and regulations and update information. Assist Corporate Counsel to gather information and review discovery process. Assist outside counsel with discovery, including responding to discovery requests. Assist with the production of documents. Assist IT and outside counsel with searches for responsive documents. Privileged document review. Control and manage confidential information. Other duties as assigned. A J.D. and 2+ years of experience are required. Significant documentation review experience is required. Product liability experience is preferred. Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred. Corporate counsel experience is preferred. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suites 2007 or newer is required. Ability to consistently meet deadlines is required. Effective verbal, non-verbal, negotiation and written communication skills are required. Ability to sustain a high degree of professionalism in interacting with internal and external customers is required. Effective attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills and continuous kaizen is required.
