Senior Counsel, Litigation The candidate will manage and directly litigate all aspects of litigation matters, in the U.S. and worldwide, including motion practice, e-discovery, fact-finding and analysis, witness preparation, depositions, case management conferences, arbitration or trial preparation and presentation, and witness examination. Develop and drive pre-litigation and litigation strategy. Identify potential litigation or regulatory risk and counsel the business to minimize exposure. Should have 5-8 years of litigation experience, preferably including experience at a top-tier law firm. Significant brief writing experience and significant experience at trials, hearings, and depositions are preferred. A J.D. from a top-ranked law school is preferred. Excellent analytical and writing skills are a must. Business-savvy, creative approach to problem-solving. Evidence of exceptional ability.
