Corporate Counsel, Environmental Compliance The candidate's duties include providing day-to-day advice on compliance issues, monitoring and advising the business of upcoming environmental regulatory changes, developing and improving compliance policies and procedures, working cross-functionally with other data center teams to ensure compliance, negotiating commercial transactions with vendors, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries. Should have 5+ years of PQE as a licensed attorney. Legal experience in environmental compliance matters, with at least one year at a law firm. Previous data center compliance experience is preferred. A mix of law firm and in-house experience is required. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines are needed. Demonstrated experience writing successfully for a diverse range of audiences is required. High degree of independence, initiative, decisiveness and creative thinking, as well as a desire to be challenged. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a partner to business stakeholders are needed.
