Counsel Regulatory & Compliance The candidate will ensure that under your stewardship the regulatory and compliance integrity of the commercialization trading business is secured, by initiating, managing, and monitoring compliance with the law and regulations as well as internal policies and principles; managing the regulatory and compliance risks and opportunities in your area of responsibility and take over the role of the legal expert within remit; liaise with functional inhouse experts locally and abroad, both within the global Legal & Compliance function and other functions. Should have graduated in law or economics and have substantial relevant working experience, either as outside counsel or working in-house or within a relevant organization; have experience in dealing with regulatory authorities such as FERC or CFTC; are a self-motivated, results-oriented enthusiast and keen on driving the business success; are used to advise stakeholders on eye-level, do not shy away from conflict and are confident to defend your position also when challenged; collaborating globally, including in cross functional teams; have exceptional communication skills in English.
