Corporate Counsel - Enterprise Software Agreements The candidate will shape and streamline buying programs, including their terms. Support Legal Sales colleagues on customer negotiations. Gather inputs from stakeholders and tools to identify and implement strategies and processes to refine the buying programs. Provide continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, contract templates, and legal and operational processes. Partner with, and build strong relationships with, other Legal team members and business functions to drive business objectives. Drive processes and materials to help the firm and Legal scale for growth and reduce contract cycle time. Work in a sprint process/agile mode on special projects that deliver transformational results for the firm. J.D. and excellent academic credentials is required. Should have 1-3 years of relevant legal experience, including intellectual property laws. Experience with software licensing/SaaS and commercial transactions, preferably in the technology industry is required. State Bar member in good standing is required.
