Global OGC E&C Labor and Employment Attorney The Office of General Counsel (OGC) at PwC is looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney to provide dedicated legal support in the areas of litigation, counseling, and corporate, commercial, and employment law. This role will be the point of contact and subject matter expert for all labor and employment legal advice and guidance for PwC global functional groups, including Ethics & Compliance (for both counseling and investigations) and Human Capital and PwC's IT Services Co. ## Job Description As a Global OGC E&C Labor and Employment Attorney, you will be responsible for: * Supporting team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary. * Arranging and sponsoring appropriate assignments and experiences to help people realize their potential and support their long-term aspirations. * Identifying gaps in the market and spotting opportunities to create value propositions. * Looking for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments. * Creating an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart. * Promoting and encouraging others to value difference when working in diverse teams. * Driving and taking ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders. * Influencing and facilitating the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm. * Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. * Leading or advising on complex employment investigations of matters involving employee misconduct, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, conflict of interest, and other violations of law or policy. * Managing outside legal counsel in employment investigations or litigation matters. * Providing guidance and expertise to develop policy, guidance and training around labor law issues, with sensitivity around cultural and Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) issues. * Demonstrating interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to advise and influence global team members and member firm stakeholders and leaders with respect to cross-border issues. * Advising and managing global and territory leadership on a wide range of advice and counseling for labor law issues and investigations. * Translating complex, technical advice into succinct, clear, and direct business solutions. * Supporting stakeholders and leadership to build consensus on complex employment law and business issues. * Presenting labor law and related issues during large global meetings, trainings, and other presentations. ## Job Requirements and Preferences * Juris Doctorate * Minimum 5 years of practicing employment law in a law firm, corporate or government environment. ## Salary For positions based in San Francisco, consideration of qualified candidates with arrest and conviction records will be in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
