## Global OGC E&C Labor and Employment Attorney The Global Office of General Counsel (OGC) Employment and Compliance Labor and Employment Attorney is a key role within the firm's legal department. This position provides dedicated legal support in the areas of litigation, counselling, and corporate, commercial, and employment law. The attorney is responsible for researching background information related to legal issues and preparing legal documents. This role also focuses on drafting contracts or legal agreements, retaining files of prepared legal documents, and coordinating requests between internal and external counsel. The Global OGC E&C Labor and Employment Attorney will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role requires a deep understanding of labor law and employment-related matters, including an ability to advise and influence global team members and member firm stakeholders and leaders with respect to cross-border issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leading or advising on complex employment investigations of matters involving employee misconduct, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, conflict of interest, and other violations of law or policy - Managing outside legal counsel in employment investigations or litigation matters - Providing guidance and expertise to develop policy, guidance and training around labor law issues, with sensitivity around cultural and Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) issues - Advising and managing global and territory leadership on a wide range of advice and counseling for labor law issues and investigations - Translating complex, technical advice into succinct, clear, and direct business solutions - Supporting stakeholders and leadership to build consensus on complex employment law and business issues - Presenting labor law and related issues during large global meetings, trainings, and other presentations - Fostering a diverse and inclusive team and environment - Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct **Job Requirements and Preferences:** - Juris Doctorate - 5 years of practicing employment law in a law firm, corporate, or government environment - Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader **Compensation:** For positions based in San Francisco, Albany (NY), California, Colorado, Nevada, New York City, Washington State, or Westchester County (NY), please visit the following link for pay range information: ***PwC is proud to be an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
