## Global OGC E&C Labor and Employment Attorney The Global OGC E&C Labor and Employment Attorney role is a part of PwC's Internal Firm Services team and provides legal support in the areas of litigation, counseling, and corporate, commercial, and employment law. The role is responsible for researching background information related to legal issues, preparing legal documents, drafting contracts or legal agreements, retaining files of prepared legal documents, and coordinating requests between internal and external counsel. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support on regulatory issues and advise the Firm on matters relating to its operations - Support the Firm's client contracting function - Advise on matters related to employees - Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements - Retain files of prepared legal documents - Coordinate requests between internal and external counsel - Provide legal advice and guidance for PwC global functional groups - Lead or advise on complex employment investigations of matters involving employee misconduct - Manage outside legal counsel in employment investigations or litigation matters - Provide guidance and expertise to develop policy, guidance and training around labor law issues - Advise and manage global and territory leadership on a wide range of advice and counseling for labor law issues and investigations - Present labor law and related issues during large global meetings, trainings, and other presentations - Foster a diverse and inclusive team and environment - Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct **Job Requirements and Preferences:** - Juris Doctorate - 5 years of practicing employment law in a law firm, corporate or government environment - Demonstrated thought leader-level abilities as a team leader - Interpersonal and teamwork skills - Ability to advise and influence global team members and member firm stakeholders and leaders - Ability to translate complex, technical advice into succinct, clear, and direct business solutions **Pay Range Information:** Pay range for this role will be based on location and may vary by region. For positions based in San Francisco, consideration of qualified candidates with arrest and conviction records will be in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
