Tax Senior - Performance and Reward - Tax Technical
The candidate will manage a wide variety of projects addressing Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and human resource issues relating to an employer's compensation and benefits programs, as well as other strategic business matters. Will have the opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to business as a key member of client services team. Collaborate with a team of Performance and Reward professionals consisting of actuaries as well as compensation, plan administration and transaction professionals. Work directly with clients on projects involving many aspects of employee benefits, human resource operations, and human resource transaction-related projects.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related work experience OR a Graduate degree and 1-2 years of related work experience. A J.D. degree with strong academic credentials is preferred. Must have 1-2 years of experience in tax and employee benefits law.
