Tax Senior - International Tax - Diversified Staff Group
The candidate will assist in the delivery of quality transfer pricing and economic services with timely and responsive services/work products. Will prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, work in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services. Participate in and contribute to achieving team goals. Thoroughly and accurately analyze information. Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related work experience OR a Graduate degree and 1-2 years of related work experience. An advanced degree in economics, finance, or statistics is preferred. A Ph.D. and/or transfer pricing experience with a professional services firm a plus. CPA and/or LL.M. certification preferred. Must have 1+ year of business or advisory experience. Should demonstrate an understanding of basic transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/finance knowledge to clients.
