A Fortune 500 Company seeks Associate Litigation Counsel having 8+ years of sophisticated litigation experience. The candidate will report to the Chief Litigation Counsel. Will assist in the management of litigation matters for the company, including intellectual property, products liability, commercial, securities-related, employment, and other business litigation. Manage outside counsel and assist the Chief Litigation Counsel in advising the company senior management on pending litigation and on litigation avoidance. Develop and maintain processes and procedures for managing the company's portfolio of litigation matters. The candidate should have a law degree, membership in a State Bar, and excellent academic professional credentials. Must have substantial experience in managing electronic discovery. Experience representing FDA-regulated companies is preferred.
