A major American financial services company seeks Senior Attorney with securities related work experience to join the OGC/Field Investigations department. The candidate conducts thorough and comprehensive investigations into complex allegations of misconduct by field representatives in the financial services industry. The investigative process involves analysis of information obtained and the preparation of written recommendations to management for resolution and/or disciplinary actions. Candidate recognizes and discovers underlying issues that may present a risk to the company or its representatives. Mediates disputes, negotiates agreements with field representatives and works well with difficult people and situations. Candidate provides advice and direction to field representatives and have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Securities licenses 6 or 7 and 24 or 26 required.
