Strategic Sourcing Manager IT Duties: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with EA Suppliers for a wide range of technical products and professional services. Be responsible for preparing RFI/RFQ/RFP documents with requesting departments, evaluating proposals, and assisting in the selection of bidders. Drive increased value through direct negotiation and other sourcing methods with key suppliers. Organize and lead cross-functional teams to effectively engage suppliers. Perform market analysis and complete data gathering to develop/ support procurement decisions and strategies. Partner and influence client departments on behalf of Global Strategic Sourcing and build successful relationships. Assist Business Partners as they manage on-going vendor relationships. Continue to leverage successful client department engagements, helping Business Partners obtain the best service possible from the Global Strategic Sourcing Team. Work with Legal Department and subject matter experts to create contract structures which maximize return for current and long-term vendor relationships. Analyze significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. MBA or JD preferred. 5-7 years strategic sourcing or procurement experience. CPM or equivalent industry certification. Experience with creating and managing Outsourcing agreements and relationships is a strong plus. Strong communication skills are essential. Must have the ability to create written communication that is properly structured providing clear, concise messages that draw well supported conclusions. Must have strong skills with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint applications. Communicate with and provide presentations to Senior EA Management and their teams.
