Senior Counterintelligence Analyst Duties: Works directly with the program director and stakeholders to identify and assess foreign intelligence, international terrorist, and technological threats directed against personnel, resources, science and technology, facilities and programs. Assess the foreign intelligence (FI), international terrorist, and technological collection threats directed against DOE personnel, resources, science and technology (S&T), facilities and programs. Produce CI products to include national security studies, and policy recommendations for circulation within DOE, and for external dissemination through the USIC. Capitalizes on existing liaison contacts within the USIC to further research and analytical objectives and goals of the Program. Works with the Program Director to contribute to the integration of field and headquarters analysis.

Requirement: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college relevant to geopolitical or national security studies. A Master's Degree, J.D. Degree or higher is highly desired. 10 years of experience in counterintelligence (CI) analysis. Expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology. Formal CI Training is desired. Expert in MS Office. Excellent writing and communications skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently. Knowledge of CI tradecraft, analytical standards and integrity, methodology and tools is required. Foreign language written and spoken proficiency (such as Russian, Arabic, Farsi, Hindi or related languages).
