Develop strategies in support of the creation, enhancement and implementation of robust and globally consistent policies, procedures, controls, and systems for the global program; work with regional colleagues to drive the progress and enhancement of the program. Lead and direct the strategies that support the implementation of third-party due diligence and sanctions screening, including collaboration with external vendors; ensure that such screening is consistent with global policies and procedures. Implement anti-corruption training initiatives and collaborate with Internal Audit to develop auditing, monitoring and root cause analysis activities using data analytics and related tools. Oversee various anti-corruption related internal investigations to ensure consistency with the companys internal investigations protocol and related laws and regulations. Lead the development of strategies in support of the implementation and execution of periodic anti-corruption risk assessments in coordination with regional and local colleagues; develop and communicate recommendations for risk mitigation. Provide regular updates to senior management as necessary. Lead or support other Ethics and Compliance initiatives, as needed.

The candidate for this position should have the following educational background, skills and professional experience:7-10 years of previous successful business or legal experience in a relevant field that demonstrates a work history of maintaining high ethical standards and personal integrity. Should have BA/BS undergraduate degree with excellent academic accomplishment; advanced degree and/or relevant compliance certification preferred. Attorney, Commercial Contracts The candidate will be responsible and accountable for drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on revenue-generating contracts with our customers, under the guidance and direction of senior members of the Legal & Risk Management department. The candidate should have a J.D., LL.B or foreign equivalent required. Minimum of 1 3 years mid to large law firm experience working on complex commercial transactions and/or 2 3 years in-house experience negotiating commercial contracts for a global corporation (preference for healthcare or technology). Must have contract management expertise, excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills, substantive experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts while maintaining strong, vibrant internal and external client relationships. Healthcare and/or technology licensing/information technology services experience preferred, but not necessary for the exceptional candidate. Experience with Master Service Agreements is desirable.
