Associate General Counsel The candidate will be the lead attorney for the company, managing two senior attorneys and handling a variety of Legal matters relating to company's business in the U.S. and Canada regions. Will report to Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Global Legal team. Law degree from an ABA accredited program and 10+ years of related experience are required. Several years of transactional law firm experience is preferred. Moderate experience with employment, litigation, compliance, and vendor Management matters is required. Management experience is preferred. Expertise in handing complex sales, Business Development, and licensing matters is critical. Should have expertise and substantial experience with sales contracting, Business Development and software licensing matters. Must be comfortable in handling complex Legal matters and projects, acting as counsel on issues involving company compliance, reviewing Legal documentation and providing advice on appropriate action, serving as lead negotiator with key customers, managing and developing a small Legal team, and balancing project resourcing and priorities.
