Massachusetts - Manager - International Tax

Boston MA Manager - International Tax The candidate will be advising US and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations as well as coordinating US tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy. Will also be responsible for supervising assignments by Tax Consultants. Should have a Bachelor's in Accounting, Masters in Taxation, Master's in Accounting, or J.D./LL.M. with undergraduation in business related field. CPA is preferred. Must have 4+ years of corporate tax experience, preferably with several focused on international taxation. Experience with other large accounting firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required. Consulting and compliance experience is needed. Prior supervisory experience required. Some travel is required. Legal 4 - 10 Full-time 2012-07-08
