The candidate will manage financial counseling engagements that serve clients' overall financial needs and be responsible for managing and coordinating individual and fiduciary income tax planning and compliance for clients. Will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses to client needs and concerns, thereby enhancing long-term working relationships with clients. Demonstrate an understanding of complex financial planning concepts and income tax matters and effectively apply knowledge to various clients. Develop and deliver timely and high-quality services and work products that meet or exceed client expectations. Identify business development opportunities. Facilitate communications and provide ample assistance to team members by sharing knowledge to develop professionally and enhance service delivery. Thoroughly and accurately analyze information. Prepare quality, practical tax planning for the client's financial situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions. Participate in client meetings and work within a team environment to deliver integrated advisory services to clients. Develop budgets, determine resource requirements, and direct/monitor engagements. Participate in managing the PFS group by assisting with forecasting future work, delegating work effectively, and resolving staffing issues. The candidate will work closely with staff on all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients within International Accounting Firm. Will review complex international tax returns and deliver international tax services for a variety of industries; prepare more complex international tax returns; develop and supervise staff; and assist in client management and practice development activities. Provide international tax services that provide measurable value and advise clients from a range of different industries on international tax matters. Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on international tax projects and assess performance of staff for engagement reviews. Perform in-charge role as needed. Should have a degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree in tax or law is highly desirable. Must have CPA, J.D. or Enrolled Agent certification. Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry is required. Broad exposure to federal income taxation is a must.

Tax Senior - National Tax - Exempt Organizations
The candidate will provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations. Will build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business. Help to develop and guide staff and other junior tax professionals by providing effective performance feedback and ensuring team responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals. Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related work experience OR a Graduate degree and 1-2 years of related work experience. Should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree in tax or law is highly desirable. CPA certification is needed. Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry is required. Broad exposure to federal income taxation is needed.
