Should have experience in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and contracting, regulatory analysis, and corporate governance. Understanding, in the context of commercial contracting/transactions, of credit/financing matters, corporate secretarial matters, cross-border contracting, employment/tax/IP matters is preferred.
