Austin TX Corporate Counsel The candidate will review, analyze and assist in drafting of a wide variety of foreign and domestic commercial agreements with Flex's customers covering manufacturing services, procurement of materials, intellectual property, warranty, indemnity, inventory and financing issues. Collaborate with internal business owners and subject matter experts to ensure that customer agreement are aligned with business objectives. Work across borders, time zones and cultures with a cross-functional group of stakeholders. Understand the financial impact of deals you negotiate and track through their lifecycle. Explain complex topics in clear, easy-to-understand manner with executive-level internal clients. Balance governance and being a solutions provider. Leverage your voice and point of view to influence decision-making. Use software throughout the contracting process, including review, drafting, approvals and storage.
