Strategy Corporate Counsel

Plano TX Strategy Corporate Counsel The candidate will advise Yum! strategy team to synthesize, structure, and negotiate strategic transactions and commercial arrangements. Specifically, manage the end-to-end contracting process for agreements as a primary or secondary counsel, including managing the administrative and contracting process for M&A transactions, global partnerships, and technology/innovation projects.
