Corporate Counsel

Houston TX Corporate Counsel Candidate will serve as lead counsel for the companys commercial and transactional activities, including all mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, development and financing deals. Will also provide general operational support to Carriages businesses located throughout the United States, which includes providing guidance on regulatory, contractual, employment and other legal matters.
