Washington - Corporate Counsel

Federal Way WA Corporate Counsel The candidate will prepare and manage all contract documents including customer RFP's, RFQ's and contracts, vendor agreements, stock option and shareholder agreements, marketing agreements, partnership and licensing agreements and employment agreements. Will manage RFP and RFQ process. Coordinate stock certificate preparation with outside attorney. Manage state contractor licensing process. Manage customer qualification requirements. Ensure compliance with state and federal employment law. Manage capital equipment lease arrangements. Manage non-IP outside legal activity. Ensure BOD compliance with company by-laws and applicable regulations. Should have experience in drafting, modifying and negotiating contracts. Legal 1 - 1 Full-time 2012-07-05
