Corporate Counsel The candidate will be responsible for supporting the General Counsel with respecting to matters involving supply chain, food law and regulations, intellectual property, real estate, contracts and general corporate matters. This attorney performs job duties consistent within safety, legal and regulatory requirements as well as Company values, standards, culture and business practices. Acting with highest level of integrity and business and personal ethical standards in all aspects of job performance. Advising business on supply chain and food law and regulations. Negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial, operational and technology agreements, including vendor contracts, software licensing, supply chain, professional services, content/data and creative services agreements. Supporting, advising on and advance intellectual property matters maintain IP portfolio. Supporting the real estate department on day-to-day matters and assist with negotiating leases and related real estate instruments. Supporting day-to-day legal matters as they arise and attend to general corporate matters. The candidate should have JD Degree from an accredited law school. Should have 4+ years of substantive IP, supply chain and real estate experience. Sound judgment, clearly make reasoned and concise recommendations, to cross think and determine who should be kept informed skills are desired.Communication skills and ensure that the General Counsel is kept appraised of the existence of pending matters and their status is required. Note: This is contract base job.
