Corporate Attorney - Global Legal Associate

Corporate Attorney - Global Legal Associate Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate international distribution and vender agreements. Prepare and file reports to a wide range of government agencies. Support legal functions of various international entities. Review new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Research regulatory and compliance matters. Administer training workshops. Provide legal advice for employee relations and HR matters. Structure joint enterprises with other organizations. Provide legal support for real leases and facilities groups globally.

Requirements: JD Degree. Good Standing Member of a state bar and ability to become member of Massachusetts Bar. 3-5 years of corporate legal experience and other transactional-related experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client service attitude. Strong attention to detail, document drafting and review skills. Good business judgment and the ability to work well both independently, as well, in a team environment, while being results-oriented. Ability to work independently and responsively in a high-pressure environment. Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks with multiple deadlines.
