Senior Corporate Counsel Duties: Expert in all aspects of antitrust and trade regulation. Extensive experience in matters pertaining to the Federal Trade Commission Act, Sherman Act and Clayton Act and all their amendments as well as all equivalent state and foreign laws. Significant experience in all domestic and foreign laws relating to sales and distribution including litigation experience in reseller terminations, counseling on establishing and managing distribution networks, and drafting distribution agreements, plans and policies. Significant experience in price discrimination claims and laws relating to promotions, allowances and sales services. Significant experience in deceptive practices, business tort law and advertising law. Meaningful experience in merger analysis and merger practice before the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice. Significant experience in all aspects of civil and criminal investigations conducted by the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and State Attorney s General. Experience with advising and counseling on competition aspects of social media and e-business. Experience in general commercial law and drafting and negotiating related documents, including purchase and sale terms and conditions and supply, consulting, services, confidentiality, development, government, and other commercial contracts. Experience with providing advice and counsel on matters relating to: Warranties, advertising and consumer product claims. Social media and e-business. Legal requirements for the manufacture and sale of consumer products. Regulatory matters and monitor applicable legislative developments. Experience in preparing and presenting legal compliance/education/training program. Qualifications: Law degree and satisfaction of requirements for professional practice. 10+ years of relevant practice experience. Practical, business oriented approach to problem solving, complemented by an appreciation of legal complexity and risk. Work with the highest level of ethics and integrity. Espouse our values of customer-focus, respect for the individual, continuous improvement, and drive for results. Ability to multi-task and manage a significant work load in a fast-paced environment. Manage outside counsel and other service providers. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
