Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Provide support covering legal aspects of business and functional unit activities. Work closely with senior leadership team to provide business-oriented legal advice in a high-technology environment. As a member of a cross-functional team, work with in-house clients to structure technology-related transactions, including license agreements, development and supply agreements, and other customer- and vendor-facing relationships with domestic and international counterparties. Review, draft and negotiate related legal documents.

Qualifications: JD degree; 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in an in-house law firm setting. Must be admitted to the bar and in good standing in Massachusetts or other state. Experience in the medical device industry and/or government contracting is preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong contract drafting skills. Ability to build consensus with diverse stakeholders and third parties. Ability to form strong, collaborative working relationships with clients. Equally comfortable in front of customers, suppliers, and peers in both leading and supporting roles.
