In-House Corporate Attorney The candidate should have Juris Doctor Degree, A valid NY Bar License or eligibility to waive in or sit for the next scheduled bar exam. Top academics, excellent writing skills, demonstrated leadership, analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills. Should preferably have MBA degree or an undergraduate degree in business, engineering, accounting, economics or mathematics. Up to five years of prior legal experience, however, recent graduates are encouraged to inquire.
