Senior Commercial Transactions/Strategic Deals - Corporate Counsel Duties: Focused on a wide range of technology related commercial transactions and you will be responsible for the full range of legal responsibilities associated with strategic commercial transactions, including: Working in concert with Strategic Deals lead attorney to negotiate and coordinate all legal aspects of complex global strategic engagements; Negotiating other complex commercial contracts with our customers, many of which are represented by top law firms; Collaborating with fellow attorneys to develop and maintain templates, playbooks, contracting policies, negotiation practices, and escalation procedures; Addressing legal queries from business teams across various aspects law, contract and related customer inquiries, including compliance, intellectual property, privacy, litigation, and employment; Assisting GC of Corporate & Client Services and GC, UK & EMEA & Data Privacy Officer with project work, such as implementation of new contracting and data management platform. Will either work as a dedicated attorney for Strategic Deals, an assigned vertical attorney, or work in a broader role for multiple verticals.

Qualifications: Licensed attorney with 8+ years expertise in large and complex commercial transactions with at least some time spent at a large reputable law firm; Prior exposure to IT outsourcing strongly preferred; Experience in a wide variety of contract drafting and negotiations, preferably representing service providers; Exposure to master service agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, or other commercial agreements with complex intellectual property, licensing, privacy, indemnity, and other risk allocation issues; Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment; prioritize work, and adjust to frequent workload fluctuations across multiple time zones; Enjoy working in a rapidly changing and diverse environment and comfortable navigating through new challenges; Commitment to promoting an ethical workplace culture and supporting compliance processes and programs.
