Corporate Compliance Attorney The candidate will support the development, execution and maintenance of the comprehensive Compliance and Risk Management framework for TIC for legal and operational risk areas. Primary responsibility for compliance planning, issue management, audit, and training for statutory and regulatory compliance; including fraud prevention, due diligence, FCPA, Anti-bribery, Anti-trust, C-TPAT and related areas. It also includes secondary responsibility for providing support (coordination, review, internal audit) to other functional areas with compliance requirements, such as the Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, and Human Resources departments. Provide knowledge and expertise as directed on the appropriate implementation of Corporate rules and standards; through policies, procedures and other guidelines. Assist in the development and delivery of compliance and risk plans and targets. Initiate and support process improvement activity and help to embed a culture of continuous improvement in the area of Risk and Compliance. Foster an environment of cooperation and change. Work closely with the Divisions and Departments to understand their internal process changes and the impact those changes have to the company's internal control systems and the risk profile of the company. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Makes recommendations to improve practices and resolves issues as challenges arise. Coaches, trains, and develops employees and managers to support compliance and understand risk mitigation. Leads the development of Compliance training materials and conducts periodic training for employees, and when necessary, external business partners. Ensures proper data analysis and reporting is conducted on a regular basis. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of business strategies, brand strategies and objectives. Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the Company. Collaborate with other departments and/or divisions with common goals. Proactively identify opportunities for change, which will add value to the achievement of business objectives and enhance the customer experience. Be flexible to react and/or implement change initiatives. Assists General Counsel with Corporate Risk Management Program activities and initiatives, including the development of practices and tools; internal education; corrective action plans; follow-up to confirm compliance. Maintains regular and frequent contact with staff functions to move programs forward and improve sustainability of compliance.

The candidate must have JD degree. Should have 3-6 years relevant experience. Should have experience in a manufacturing company is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively. Experience with crisis avoidance and management and conflict resolution a plus. Should have strong computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should have strong presentation skills. Should have ability to build strong internal and external relationships. Should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Must have strong attention to detail and follow-up. Must have strong analytical skills and proven judgment. Should have ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
