Corporate and Securities Counsel Responsibilities: Will be responsible for assisting with our corporate disclosures including our proxy statement and various SEC reports, assisting with preparations for our Annual Shareholder Meeting, supporting executive compensation practices and general corporate governance matters. As a part of the broader global legal team, you ll help uphold our high ethical and corporate standards, as well as leverage your legal acuity to assist with a wide-range of critical and cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in our practice areas.
Qualifications: Licensed to practice law or the ability to become licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan. 10+ years working with corporate disclosures and governance related matters with demonstrated ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, and meet demanding deadlines. 10 + years of experience advising clients, facilitating meetings and delivering clear presentations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with senior clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
