Corporate Counsel The candidate will represent the organization on legal matters as assigned. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including in-bound and out-bound licenses and publishing, service, promotional, development, and distribution agreements for online games as a live service and online publishing platform, NDA s, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and financing and lease agreements. Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations regarding privacy and IP. Must have Masters/Advanced Degree. JD from an accredited university with outstanding academic credentials. Must have 3-6 years of experience as a business attorney, with relevant in-house and/or top law firm transactional experience. Must have membership or ability to waive into the Washington State Bar. Must have commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have keen business sense with strong judgment, negotiation, drafting and decision making skills. In-house counsel experience in the game industry is a plus.
