Corporate Counsel, Technology Duties: Draft and negotiate commercial agreements related to technology licensing and services, and will collaborate with clients to advise them on related issues. Bring to the role a clear understanding of the legal issues associated with software and application development, software licensing, cloud-based services, wi-fi access, mobile applications and functionality, and data analytics. Become a key member of the Law & Corporate Affairs team that provides legal support in this dynamic and evolving area. Provide strategic legal counseling to the leaders of digital initiatives and technology platforms, as well as the adjacent businesses and functions they collaborate with and support. Team with other L&CA partners to provide cross-functional support for a variety of business units, including on matters of intellectual property, store operations, retail licensing, procurement, distribution, and litigation.

Qualifications: JD Degree from accredited law school. License to practice law in pertinent jurisdictions. 3-5 years of relevant substantive legal experience in a law firm or company legal department. Demonstrated legal and business judgment, technical acumen and strategic thinking, along with experience working independently and cross-functionally. Particular experience in SaaS agreements is a plus.
