Senior Corporate Counsel, Partners Duties: Manage a dynamic sales team. Collaborate with the company's sales, operations, marketing, and finance groups to create partner programs, and successful deal flow management. Understand and ensure consistency of agreement terms with the company's business, financial and risk management objectives. Advise internal clients regarding legal and business issues, including identifying, managing and communicating risks and opportunities associated with specific agreements, business objectives and initiatives. Provide training on a variety of topics to sales and other cross-functional teams. Proactively communicate with Legal Team; provide diligence/insight into the company's existing corporate agreements and identify/propose solutions to any localization issues. Contribute to ongoing process improvement and problem solving within the Legal Team. Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including partner agreements (OEMs, Resellers, Services, Alliance/System Integrators and Technology partners) and on-premise, hosted licensing/subscription and professional services agreements.

Requirements: JD Degree and Bar admission or equivalent qualifications. 10+ years with technology transactions including drafting, review and negotiation of licensing contracts. Law firm and In-house experience supporting quota-carrying, enterprise-level sales team strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully manage and work with teams in a fast-paced environment Developed business acumen, with ability to understand the company's business and anticipate the nature and magnitude of issues that could arise in various settings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
