Corporate Counsel- Supply Chain, Innovation, Commercial The candidate will provide strategic legal counseling to leaders in the Global Supply Chain business unit, as well as the adjacent businesses and functions that collaborate with and are supported by it. Will team with other Law & Corporate Affairs partners to provide cross-functional support, including on matters of licensing, intellectual property, product development, and litigation. Play a key role for the Law & Corporate Affairs team that provides legal support to key business units, including partnering with paralegals and other department staff members.

The candidate should have 3-9 years of relevant substantive legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department working on commercial transactions. Previous experience working on drafting template agreements and client self-help tools, working on cross-border transactions and construction projects (including a working knowledge of agreements such as A102, A104 and AIA 141 agreements) preferred. Must have License to practice law in pertinent jurisdictions, either through general admission or limited admission as in-house counsel.
