Corporate Counsel - Investigations

Corporate Counsel - Investigations The candidate will be responsible for conducting investigations into violations of company policy and procedures to include fraud and cybersecurity. Will be required to manage outside counsel and advise in-house business clients on matters that relate to a variety of business areas. Should be familiar with standard legal concepts practices and procedures applicable to civil administrative and criminal cases and be able to develop and implement plans to effectively manage all phases of investigations. Must be able to work collaboratively with other legal staff members and exhibit the competence and professionalism needed to earn the trust of members of the companys management team. Should have Law degree from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. 4+ years of legal experience required. Must have experience in criminal or corporate investigations. Prior in-house counsel and forensic accounting experience is preferred. Experience in criminal prosecutions is preferred.
