Corporate Counsel The candidate will's tructure, draft, manage, and negotiate complex's aaS commercial transactions, working directly with the company's customers and channel distribution partners. Manage multiple deals's imultaneously across various's ales teams in North America, Latin America, and Europe. Advise's enior management and deal teams on legal,'s tructural, product and other key issues that arise in these transactions. Partner closely with our's ales team and various business's takeholders across departments to achieve the company's revenue goals and accelerate closure of's ales deals. Work on a wide range of topics including, data privacy and protection, and new product launches.'s treamline and automate common legal work flows to help optimize and's cale the Legal department and its resources. Become involved in other day-to-day legal matters of importance to the growth of our business.'s hould have 6+ years of relevant transactional experience with's ubstantial background in buy-side and channel partnerships, for complex's aaS and cloud-based's ervices. Must have's ignificant in-house experience working closely with business, product and's ales teams to provide clear answers to complex issues, using easy-to-understand vernacular and visual aids (charts, graphs, infographics). J.D. degree required.
