Corporate Counsel The candidate will assist in a wide variety and high volume of commercial contracts (e.g., sales, vendors, consulting, confidentiality, clinical studies, etc.). Will be advising internal disciplines including Human Resources, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales in day-to-day legal needs as questions arise. Learning new areas of the law as our business needs expand and evolve. Should preferably have a JD from a US accredited law school, 3-5 years of experience gained in a large law firm, and good standing with at least one State Bar required. Close attention to detail, while remaining focused on problem-solving and practical solutions to business problems plus. The ability to operate independently, while remaining eager to learn and receptive to feedback is desired. Skilled in delivering clear and actionable advice while explaining complex topics in clear, concise terms (orally and via email) plus.
