We are a growing Legal team looking for a Corporate Counsel that has a strong execution-oriented approach that comes with the understanding that the Legal team's primary purpose is to support the growth and success of the company. Are you able to simultaneously manage workloads, multiple client demands and shifting priorities within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment? We re looking for an exceptional lawyer who can roll up their sleeves and be a trusted partner to the Legal team and the business. In this role you will report to our Chief Legal Officer and partner closely with our Senior Corporate Counsel. The right person for this position will be looking to broaden their skills in a role that will continue to grow with the business. Requirements You might be a good fit if you have/are: A J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and are currently licensed to practice law in your state of residence. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in private practice, in-house or preferably a mix of both. Experience drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements with enterprise customers and working with Sales and Customer Success teams to close revenue deals. Experience with privacy and data security issues relevant to SaaS including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating privacy and data security provisions in agreements and data processing agreements. Experience working cross functionally with Security, Finance, Product, Marketing and other teams across the global company to ensure alignment between contracts, products and operations. Able to provide legally sound, pragmatic and practical recommendations under tight deadlines. Able to support the Legal team's efforts in the preparation, implementation and refinement of forms, processes and procedures. A strong team player, who is willing to pitch in and support colleagues on whatever is needed (no job is too small or too large).
