Associate Corporate Counsel, Advertising Responsibilities: Support business leaders as lead counsel on strategic products. Help launch innovative services and experiences globally. Counsel business on a range of technology, privacy, and regulatory matters. Structure, draft, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements, ranging from standard commercial contracts to strategic deals. Coordinate with stakeholders across business and legal teams. Provide legal trainings to the business. Make high judgment decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualification: J.D. degree and membership in one state bar. 2+ years of attorney experience, including experience with a national or international law firm. Preferred Qualifications: A mix of corporate law firm and in-house experience. Enthusiastic, flexible, comfortable in fast-paced environments, enjoy working hard and getting things done. Strong drafting and analytical skills. Sound, practical judgment even in ambiguous situations. Ability to work independently while contributing successfully to cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow-through, and meet deadlines. Strong written and oral communication skills.
